What types of documents can I upload?
TrialIntel supports PDF, Word (DOCX), images (JPG, PNG), and audio files. Documents are processed using Azure Document Intelligence for text extraction. PDF and DOCX files are fully supported for all analysis features. Image files undergo OCR to extract any visible text. Audio files are transcribed before analysis.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored on Microsoft Azure with encryption at rest and in transit. Your documents are never used to train AI models — this is guaranteed by a Data Processing Agreement with Microsoft. We comply with GDPR and CCPA. You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time from within the app.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings > Delete Account within the app. This permanently removes all your data including cases, documents, extracted content, and chat history. Deletion is processed within 30 days and is irreversible, so please export any data you wish to keep before proceeding.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter ($19.99/mo) includes 5 active cases, 150 documents per case, 300 AI chat messages per month, 15 report generations, and 10 GB storage — ideal for users managing a single case. Pro ($39.99/mo) adds unlimited cases and chat messages, cross-examination question generation, contradiction analysis across documents, claims tracking and evidence gap analysis, team collaboration for up to 3 users, case export with audit log, and 25 GB storage. Both plans include a 14-day free trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the app and go to Settings > Manage Subscription. You can cancel at any time. After canceling, you retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees and do not require any notice period. Your data remains available until the period ends, at which point your account will be downgraded.
